Ingredients List

  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 yellow bell pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Knorr Tomato Paste
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Cube 
  • White pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • ½ kg Spaghetti


  1. Mince pepper, parsley, and tomatoes and garlic.

  2. Fry garlic in the oil, and then add the parsley and stir, then add bell pepper and continue stirring.

  3. Add tomatoes and Knorr Tomato Paste, white pepper, sugar and Knorr Fine Foods Vegetable Stock Cube and a little of water and stir then cover the pot and bring to boil till the sauce thickens.

  4. Add vinegar, stir the mixture well and then bring to boil.

  5. Cook pasta in a large bowl in the boiling water and salt to soften a bit,then strain it.

  6. Mix pasta with the sauce and then place it in a dish. Serve hot
