Marinate the meat with salt and pepper and cover with flour
Heat oil and ghee in a frying pan and fry meat until golden ,lift meat from the pan
Add the onion until golden , then add the mushrooms and continue stirring for two minutes
Add the water and the contents of the Knorr Meat Sauce pack , stir and when the mixture boils, add the meat again and leave it on fire for about half an hour until the meat is cooked
Remove from heat and add heavy cream and stir
Serve with Knorr Purée Potatoes or white rice cooked with Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
