Prepare the marinade in a Pyrex dish: add lemon, vinegar, Knorr Chicken Seasoning mix,green coriander and tomatoes.
Put the fish in the marinade, stir and cover it with Nylon foil and chill in the refrigerator for two or three hours to absorb the mixture.
Heat oven to 200 °C.
Place the fillet fish in a single layer oven bag, add the oil and mix. Tie the bag tightly by the ligament included,and then clip the top of the bag 3 times using a fork.
Place the bag on a pan in the center of the oven to allow swelling of the bag without touching the interior walls of the oven.

Sayadiyah Rice:
Place onions in an oven proof dish and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 45 minutes or until softened.Get onions out of the oven, peel and mince them.
Heat olive oil in a large pot and fry the garlic, stir for a minute, then add the onions with all the spices and stir for two minutes.
Add water and Knorr Chicken Stock Cubes and bring to boil. Cook again for 3 to 5 minutes.
Pour the liquid in an electric mixer and mix for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Return liquid to the pot and add the cardamom and rice.
Bring to boil, cover it, cook and simmer for 25 minutes or until completely cooked.
