Shrimp Kofta and Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients List

  • 1 kg peeled shrimp
  • 2 pack Knorr Kofta Mix
  • 2 onion
  • 1 cup rice, washed and soaked for two hours
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 5 tablespoons parsley
  • 5 tablespoons dill
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 pack Knorr Vegetar
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cups rice
  • ½ cup peas
  • Half a cup of corn
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • Half red bell pepper
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 Knorr Chicken Stock Cube

Preparation

  1. Mince shrimp with rice, dill, parsley,onion and garlic.
  2. Then add the Knorr Meatballs Seasoning mix, lemon juice and stir well, and then form the balls.
  3. Beat eggs well, place balls in egg and then in Knorr Vegetar with breadcrumbs and fully covered.
  4. Put oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the meatballs and fry until turns golden.
  5. Placed in a serving dish and decorate with slices of lemon and parsley.

Rice with vegetables:

  1. Put water and a little oil in a pot and leave on fire and bring to boil, then add the Knorr chicken stock cubes and rice and leave until absorb water, lower heat and leave until cooked.
  2. Boil peas and corn with Knorr Chicken Stock Cube and chopped green onions and pepper and then fry in some oil and remove from the pan
  3. Stir the rice in some oil on high heat and add the peas, corn, peppers and green onions
  4. Distribute soy sauce evenly over the rice mixture and stir it well and then serve hot with shrimp balls.
