Stuffed Zucchini with Chicken

Ingredients List

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup minced chicken
  • 1 green pepper, diced small
  • 1 pack Knorr Instant Chicken Stock
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tomatoes cut into small cubes
  • 1 pack Knorr Vegetar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • Black pepper


  1. Heat oven to 190 C.

  2. Slice zucchini in half lengthwise, and scoop out insides leaving pulp.

  3. Put the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the chicken until slightly fried- about 8 minutes.

  4. Add green pepper and Knorr Instant Chicken Stock and black pepper, chopped zucchini pulp, onions and garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes.

  5. Stir tomatoes in, Knorr Vegetar pack and Parmesan cheese, basil and fill zucchini with them.

  6. Place zucchini in a cooking pan, and put in the oven for about 30 minutes.

  7. Serve next to rice cooked with Knorr Chicken Stock Cube.
