Stuffed Zucchini with Chicken

Ingredients List
2 large zucchini
3 tbsp oil
1 cup minced chicken
1 green pepper, diced small
1 pack Knorr Instant Chicken Stock
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tomatoes cut into small cubes
1 pack Knorr Vegetar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Preparation
Heat oven to 190 C.
Slice zucchini in half lengthwise, and scoop out insides leaving pulp.
Put the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the chicken until slightly fried- about 8 minutes.
Add green pepper and Knorr Instant Chicken Stock and black pepper, chopped zucchini pulp, onions and garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir tomatoes in, Knorr Vegetar pack and Parmesan cheese, basil and fill zucchini with them.
Place zucchini in a cooking pan, and put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Serve next to rice cooked with Knorr Chicken Stock Cube.
