Ingredients List

  • 1 sachet Knorr Bechamel mix
  • 1 ready made pie crust dough 200g
  • Beef meat cut into cubes
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 small carrot cubed
  • 1 small potato cubed
  • ¼ cup of corn
  • ¼ cup of peas
  • ¼ cup of chicken broth
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 200° C.

  2. Heat butter into medium pan, sauté onion and beef cubes for 5 minutes, add vegetables.

  3. Add chicken broth and leave to cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Prepare béchamel sauce as directed on the back of the sachet. Add to the beef mixture and vegetables and keep aside.

  5. Roll out pie crust dough into a lightly floured surface then cut dough into 4 rounds slightly larger than diameter of the ramekins.

  6. Divide filling among ramekins, cover with dough disks and press to seal the edge, brush with egg and bake for 25 minutes or until nice and golden.
